  Bought a washing machine on the 27/2/18 and delivery was for 2/3/18. Now I appreciate that the weather on the delivery date was extreme and I had no expectations of it arriving well no text or phonecall letting me know. Well this morning checked online and it was out for delivery decided I'd phone and double check and was assured it would arrive so took the day off work unpaid. Received a phonecall 45 mins ago apologising about not getting delivery on Friday due to them not getting the machine from England sorry to disappoint but I'd actually bought an ex display model and was assured of delivery today Oh no we can't deliver until the 9th I don't think so. I'll be at the Greenock store at 9am tomorrow after I dig my car out the snow and if it's not delivered by Monday at the latest I'll be having a refund and taking my business elsewhere. Customer service is disgraceful and to be caught out lying well that's shocking. Never again will I buy anything from them and I'll be sure to let friends and family know never to purchase anything from them if I could it would have been 0 stars...
